Is there any downtime after treatment?

Most of our treatments are designed to have little to no downtime. You can typically return to work or social activities the same day. Some procedures may cause mild redness or sensitivity that resolves within a few hours. Your provider will give you personalized aftercare instructions for the best results.

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions depends on your goals and the type of treatment. Some clients see results after one visit, while others need a series for optimal improvement. We’ll create a customized treatment plan during your consultation so you know exactly what to expect.

Are the treatments safe for all skin types?

What’s the difference between memberships and packages?

Memberships provide monthly benefits and ongoing discounts, while packages are pre-paid series of specific treatments (like laser hair removal or microneedling). Many clients combine both for maximum value — a membership for monthly maintenance and packages for targeted results.

How do I book or reschedule an appointment?

You can easily book online through our website or call our front desk during business hours. To reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit. We make it simple to find a time that fits your schedule.

What is your cancellation policy?

A $50 deposit is required to reserve your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, or if you no-show, your deposit will be forfeited. This policy helps us respect everyone’s time — including yours — and ensures availability for all clients.

Do you offer consultations before treatment?

Yes! We believe every successful treatment begins with a thorough consultation. During your visit, we’ll assess your skin, discuss your goals, and recommend the best treatment options for your needs and budget. Consultations are always informative and pressure-free.

What if I’m running late?

Please call us if you’re running behind — we’ll do our best to accommodate you. If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment. We want you to have the full experience and best results possible.
